Topic: Women’s Integration on the Investigation Field LILIANA SANCHEZ studied Agronomic Engineering at ITESM Campus Queretaro and has two master degrees: Landscaping from Universidad PolitĂ©cnica de Madrid, Spain and Quality Systems and Productivity from ITESM Campus Guadalajara. Started her career at Pioneer Hi-Bred Int. in research seed production center, moving from Research Associate in the operations department all the way to Senior Research Supervisor for the Maize Product Development department and Operations, with direct responsibility of conducting seed increases and generation advancement for Corn hybrids from around 40 research programs in North America and Europe by using new yield technologies developed by the company, as well as high performance and technology equipments. Beside the two departments' coordination, she is part of the Local Leadership Team at the Puerto Vallarta Research Center as well as the North and Latin America Operations Team. « back |
