Corinne Miller is Founder & Principal Consultant at Innovating Results! where she consults, trains, facilitates & coaches on innovation and learning & development partnering with leading organizations such as SolutionPeople and Lake Forest Graduate School & Lake Forest Corporate Education. She has 30 years of extensive experience and results across large-scale, cross-functional, global, complex environments spanning learning & development, engineering, new product development, project management, business operations, quality and innovation.

Corinne has held leadership positions at Rockwell International, Northrop Defense Systems, TRW and Motorola.  With a passion for employee learning and development, in 2002 Corinne joined Motorola University, where she assumed increasing levels of responsibility culminating as Director. She utilized her previous line experience to introduce increase client satisfaction, reduce costs and gain tangible business results.  She instituted the first Innovation Learning portfolio at Motorola University. Her learning measurement approach was published in Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Magazine, May 2007 and her article, “Innovation: Nature and Nurture” was published in CLO Magazine January 2008.

Previous to Motorola University, Corinne’s leadership positions have included both line and staff responsibilities. She led several innovative high-tech product development efforts as well as project management and business operations supporting global $multi-million and $billion+ businesses up to 6000+ employees. She co-created the Motorola project management (stage-gate) methodology and co-architected the change management initiative utilized to institutionalize the methodology across the enterprise.

Corinne teaches Executive Business Skills (Communication) in the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management MBA program. She also designed and teaches Managing Telecommuters and Effective Telecommuting as well as Innovation offerings for Lake Forest Corporate Education. Specifically focusing on immigrant and first-generation employees, Corinne has mentored over 20 people during the past ten years.

Corinne holds a BS, Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago and an MS in Communication from Northwestern University where she focused on organizational problem solving and multi-cultural communication.
