Topic: Criteria to Consider a Professional Link: A Story of Success. MARÍA DEL CARMEN CHAPARRO graduated from the UAEM with an honors degree in Chemical Engineering, and has a Master’s Degree in Food, Science and Technology from the UIA. She started her professional career in Universidad del Valle de México, as professor in the Engineering Department. Along the years, she has had several positions on the Engineer’s members board, and technical coordination group in Universidad Iberoamericana. Her professional experience includes Manager and Investigation positions on industries such as Henkel, H.B. Fuller, CINASA, Barnices y Aislantes and BAYAMESA. In 2006 she won the bronze medal on the MEXWII Award, for the Inventor and Innovation Mexican Women.
