Beate Kessler is leading Employee and Labour Relations for Motorola in the Europe, Middle-East and Africa region. In this capacity, Beate defines employee relations ‘best practice’ approaches and embeds within Human Resources strategy and processes to support Motorola’s Code of Business Conduct and to enable a performance driven culture based on results, teamwork and ownership where employees can achieve their full potential in an innovative and creative environment. This philosophy of Employee and Labour Relations will provide all employees with equal opportunities for advancement and create a diverse workforce that reflects Motorola’s markets and customers.

Prior to becoming the lead of Employee and Labour Relations for Motorola in the EMEA region, Beate was holding regional roles in various areas like Inclusion and Diversity, Performance Management, Human Resources Operations, Talent Management, Recruitment, Staffing and University Relations.

Prior to joining Motorola in 2000, Beate gained a successful track record as a Consultant in Executive Search, Business Process Re-engineering and Social Sciences.

A native of Germany, Beate earned a Master’s degree in Psychology from Free University of Berlin.
