Matt WangMatt Wang
Dr. Wang is Vice President of China Development Laboratories (CDL). In addition to, the responsibility as the head of North Asia Pacific development lab cluster which includes China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, he leads over 5000 software engineers and architects in Beijing, Shanghai, and Taipei, building IBM middleware products (WebSphere, Lotus, Information Management, Tivoli and Rational) and providing leading edge industry solutions to enable customer success.

Ginger TsaiGinger Tsai
Ginger Tsai is the Executive of China Development Lab Taipei site since year 2007. She joined IBM in 1993, from software globalization, testing, project management, to lead an organization equipped with development, testing, and service capabilities. She managed the product development teams cross Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, and Taiwan working with Europe and US development teams. As the IBM Women In Technology Taipei Chapter lead from 2006, Ginger encourages the Taiwan women engineers in participating Women Diversity programs, Women in Technology activities, and Women Invention Community. She gave lots of speeches to Universities, WIT mentoring programs, and engineering eweek events. She is also the Sponsor Executive of EWeek event in Taiwan from 2008.

Claudia ChiangClaudia Chiang
Claudia Chiang is the senior manager of Globalization services for Tivoli, IM, STG and Translation Services. She joined IBM in 1994, from globalization, testing, project management, product planning, translation services center (TSC) mananger, then to globalization service manager. Her globalization service team provide service scope from globalization planning, translation planning, globalization verification testing. translation verification testing, and localization package engineering work. Her team locates in Taipei, Beijing and ShangHai and collaborates seamlessly on globalization projects. Besides project and services, Claudia has been leading the women diversity team in Taiwan for over two years. She also actively gave speeches on Women Career Path Development, project management to Universities and Taiwan WIT mentoring events.

Yu-Wen YangYu-Wen Yang
Yu-Wen Yang joined IBM since June 2000 and is certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005. She is working as a project manager at Taipei, China Software Development LAB, responsible for IBM Lotus software globalization. She virtually teams with Lotus development teams for software globalization planning, including product translation, globalization and translation verification tests. She also coordinates the worldwide Translation Services Centers (9 to 29 languages) to complete the software translation and test process. In addition to her work, Yu-Wen actively participates in Women In Technology and University Ambassador groups to support IBM Taiwan WIT and UA events.
