Jeanette Kilo-Smith serves as Vice President of Global Inclusion & Diversity & Compliance at Motorola. Ms. Kilo-Smith has over 23 years of Human Resources experience and has held positions relating to many aspects of Human Resources. Major responsibilities have included employee/labor relations, EEO/AA, staffing, government compliance, diversity, community relations and health services. Her professional endeavors have ranged from high-tech wireless telecom business to design, development and manufacture of defensive systems for a major government contractor. She received a bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. She has taken graduate level courses. Ms. Kilo-Smith is currently a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources. Jeanette, her husband Roderick, and their daughter, Ashley reside in Bolingbrook, IL. Her hobbies include reading and participating in community service work. « back |
