Ana Cristina Piovan  is 42 years old, graduated in Production Engineering at São Paulo University (USP). She is married and has two children, Thiago (13) and Thais (7).  Ana Cristina built a solid career at DuPont, where she has worked since 1988, in a variety of business units, such as Nylon, Fluoroproducts and Crop Protection Products.  Nowadays, she is the Brazil HR Director and responsible for the HR transformation project for Latin America, which main objective is changing the current model into a strategic role for HR.
