Monica Juarez Gorospe started her professional career in DuPont Mexico in 1989 as product development engineer. She is a Biochemical Engineer with 3 Masters Degrees: Integral Strategy Development, Human Organizational Development and Alternative Medicine. Her multitask development allowed her to develop her career in different areas within DuPont such as Research & Development, SAP, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacture, Sales, Sourcing, Engineering and others.

In 2007 she obtained the S&L Excellence Award and also the Engineering Excellence Award recognition due to the successfully implementation of 2 Manufacturing Production Cells Using lean concepts and 6 Sigma tools.
