Ana Paula Blanco is 34 years old and has two children, Isabela (10) and Gabriela (4). Graduated in Chemical Engineering with a Master in Business Administration in well known institutions of Brazil, Escola Politécnica da USP and Fundação Getúlio Vargas.  She has a 12 year career in industry always dedicated to Supply Chain, going through packaging development, materials and production planning, demand forecast, business development with customers, operations and projects.  Nowadays she is the Supply Network Design Manager for Procter & Gamble in Latin America.
