Erica is currently responsible for supporting Agilent's global customers ensuring that their measurement needs are being met.  During her 8 years with the company, she has held a number of different roles in technical marketing advocating for the customer and in project management ensuring infrastructure improvements are smoothly deployed.  Erica has been extensively involved in recruiting, grassroots diversity and inclusion efforts, the Society of Women Engineers and sits on a board at her alma mater, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  She loves reading books, watching films, participating in spiritual community, pilates, women's groups, and facilitation.
