Mister"e" Mystery Solution WOW! We either have a lot of smart Trivial Pursuit players out there or else our clues were WAY too easy! Yes, our "mister e" is that well-known engineer-turned-movie director, Alfred Hitchcock. We were happy to be flooded with correct, and not, responses. We had so many replies that unfortunately we could not acknowledge them individually, so thank you to all who sent in their entries. And a great big CONGRATULATIONS, along with an Engineers Week t-shirt, to our winner, Lois Jansen of Louisiana, who sent in the first correct response. Lois is a process engineer in the Technical Department at Boise Cascade's DeRidder, Louisiana, pulp and paper mill. As for Alfred Hitchcock, apparently you all know that he was the director and producer of scores of psychological movie thrillers, including The 39 Steps, The Lady Vanishes, Rear Window, and Psycho. He was noted for his witty, macabre, and suspenseful productions. He also edited collections of short stories and produced two television series between 1959 and 1965. Audiences watched for his cameo appearances in his films. You will have another chance to win an Engineers Week t-shirt. Watch this space for a new "mister e" personality to be appearing shortly.
