Joseph, 26, is a Senior Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin. She was selected in the highly competitive Engineering Leadership Development Program ( ELDP) directly from college in 2007. While in this program, she completed over 5 rotational assignments and led over 10 professional development events/conferences for Lockheed Martin. As a Lockheed Martin employee, Da’Shaun provides technical assistant and budget management expertise to highly visible programs.
