Engineers Week New Faces of Engineering 2011

Today’s engineers are working to solve issues on a global scale. They dream big and love what they do. Engineers Week recognizes the accomplishments of all engineers. The New Faces of Engineering program highlights the interesting and unique work of young engineers and the resulting impact on society. Young engineers two to five years out of school are the focus of this recognition program. Engineers Week sponsoring societies nominated young working engineers from among their membership

	AMY CANFIELD. P.E. AECOM Nominated by the American Council of Engineering Companies Canfield, 27, a transportation engineer, plans and designs highway corridors. Her long term vision impacts future transportation infrastructure. Read more about this engineer.

Nominated by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers Nawrocki Jumper, 28, an architectural engineer, helps reduce energy use and costs while increasing patient comfort in healthcare buildings.
