Morgan Gagliano, P.E.

Morgan Gagliano, P.E., is an Environmental Engineer currently working for Carollo Engineers in Sarasota, Florida. Her experience is in the design and analysis of water and wastewater systems. She has served as a design engineer for a variety of projects, including two wastewater ultraviolet disinfection systems and an onsite sodium hypochlorite generation facility capable of disinfecting more than 100 million gallons per day on average at a Florida wastewater treatment plant. This design will yield one of the largest onsite sodium hypochlorite generation facilities in the United States.She holds a bachelor's and master's of science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from South Dakota State University, is a licensed wastewater treatment plant operator in South Dakota, and currently serves as the Myakka Chapter Vice President of the Florida Engineering Society.

Jennifer Byle, P.E.

Jennifer Byle, P.E., a road engineer for URS Corporation, has worked on a variety of road projects ranging from multilane freeways and freeway interchanges to local roads and nonmotorized trails over the past five years. Her biggest accomplishment to date is a nine-mile trail located in M-6 freeway right-of-way, the recipient of the 2010 Michigan Section American Public Works Association (APWA) Quality of Life Project of the Year Award. This trail provides a link between two other trails in the region.She is currently pursing a master’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and continues to expand her knowledge in a variety of areas, including: engineering management, land use and transportation planning, and the effects of road diets on nonmotorized users.

Ryan Eckenrode, P.E.

Ryan Eckenrode, P.E., PTOE, a licensed engineer at AECOM has been fortunate to work on a wide variety of civil engineering projects, including stormwater design, pavement design, construction management and inspection services, transportation safety, transportation planning, signal warrant analysis, intelligent transportation systems, signal design, traffic corridor analysis and access management in several states throughout the southeast.Ryan obtained his professional engineering license from North Carolina in December 2009 and has also received reciprocal licenses in South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama and Tennessee. Driven to excel in the industry, Eckenrode has also become a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) in 2010.

Casey Holland

Casey Holland, a Staff Engineer at CH2M HILL and West Point graduate, works on significant restoration and decontamination projects as well as munitions response projects. On one program, he participates in the operation and maintenance of three treatment systems; conducts site characterization investigations; in-situ remediation installations; installation and monitoring of injection wells; and drafts elements of program level documents. Additionally, he recently stepped into a field management role on a large munitions response project where he will aid in site investigations of over 100 former Army National Guard training sites.Casey’s passion extends beyond the work day. He competently represents CH2M HILL as a Board Member for the Sacramento Society of American Military Engineers where he helps raise money for scholarships for future engineers.
