Summary: This competition is our annual College of Engineering-sponsored "Art and Literary Competition" that is open to all faculty, staff and students within USC and our branch campuses. We hold the judging during Engineers Week and try to keep the national theme as our theme. Winners will be honored that Thursday with a city-wide celebration at the Columbia Museum of Art. Last year we used Designs on Motion and I'm proud to say an Engineering student won the essay contest, besting two English Composition graduate students. His essay was published in the October issue of PRISM. An engineering student also came in second in the art competition with a wonderful computer-animated rendering.
