Roxanna Vega Rangel studied Chemical Engineering at Universidad Iberoamericana . Started her career at Procter & Gamble in marketing moving from Process engineer of the Surfactant Mariscala site  all the way to Operations Manager being responsible for the production, process engineering, maintenance and the administration of the operations budget for the site.

She publicized the patent "Chemical Process for PET Recycling" and is part of the P&G Global Surfactant team and the  P&G North American Surfactant Technical team.
