Natalia Ortiz Mena, Ma, Pcc is an executive coach heading up her own coaching firm in Mexico City: Coaching y Desarrollo, SC.  She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation, as well as a trained psychologist, with graduate studies  in Human and Organizational Development. She specializes in personal executive coaching to help high potential performers jump hurdles.  She has coached Directors and Managers of leading companies in Mexico, Central and South America as well as in the United States. Natalia is also a coach for business owners.

Natalia is a writer of articles on executive coaching and personal development for “Inversionista”, a leading personal finance monthly magazine in Mexico and frequently collaborates with other publications. Fluent in Spanish and English, she lives in Mexico City.
