Kalpana Dube

Kalpana Dube, Mid Market Sector Executive, is responsible for India Global Delivery organization for Mid Market engagements in GBS. She has been with IBM since August 2005.

Prior to this appointment, Kalpana has worked with GE Equipment Management, Stamford, Connecticut as Enabling CIO, and was responsible for IT needs of Enabling functions like HR, Finance, IT, Asset Management at the Headquarters.

She also held positions as Vice President - Operations for GE Global Technology Solutions in 2001-02 and as Vice President - Service Delivery for GE Capital International Services (Software Services) in 2002-03.

Prior to GE, she has worked for NIIT Software Division (2 years) as Head of E-Commerce Centre of Competency and Tata Consultancy Services (12 years) as Line of Business Leader - Airlines and Transportation  .

Kalpana has a Masters in Science from Delhi University. She is an avid reader and enjoys reading as well as listening to Music. She enjoys playing golf and travelling.
