Dr. Maggie Song has been a Senior Software Engineering Manager with the responsibilities of product development. She has 14 years of software industry experience with 10+ years in leadership roles. Maggie also is a co-leader of Women In Technology (WIT) community in IBM Greater China Group and 2009 Global Marathon region leader in IBM China. She won the IBM WW Ambassador Award and consecutive University Ambassador Awards.
Dr. Lin Ju has been Advisory Software Engineering Manager and led Rational CDL performance test team for Rational Jazz based products. Lin has more than ten years' experience in application software testing and outsourcing testing service. Before joining IBM, Lin is chief engineer in National Software Testing Center, providing the technical and management leadership to the testing team with 70 test engineers. Lin has led WIT100 program in 2008 and WIT on virtual world program in 2009 in IBM China. Lin is also winner of IBM WW Ambassador Award Awards.

Meet Soumya Lakshmi, Prerna Jain and Sumangala K from Motorola, India, and Premalatha Nair from IBM. They are the Points of Contact (POC) leading the India region for the 2010 Global Marathon
Soumya Lakshmi has a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has attended a one year Special Management Program at Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. With about 15 years overall experience in the fields of Defense Electronics and Telecom, she is currently with Motorola for the last 10 years managing software development for cellular technologies. soumya@motorola.com
Sumangala is an engineer associated with Motorola working on Cable Broadband Technology. Throughout her career, she has worked on wide areas of cutting edge technology ranging from Satellite Networks, Mobile Networks like GPRS & 3G CDMA network, Aeronautical Engineering to Genetic Algorithms. Premalatha Nair is the program Director for Linux technology Center and Platform Management teams at India Systems and Technology Lab (ISTL) at Bangalore. In this role, her responsibility is managing projects around open source, Linux and system management. She is also a member of Indian Women Leadership Council (IWLC) in IBM and leads the Women In technology (WIT) chapter for IBM, India.

Meet Nadeen Rishani, graduate student at American University of Beirut, majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and working as a research assistant in the field of antenna design. Nadeen completed her undergraduate studies in Computer and Communication Engineering (2009) at Notre Dame University (NDU). She is a member of IEEE and WIE, Co-founder and Chair of IEEE- WIE (Women In Engineering) affinity group at NDU, and Coordinator of IEEE at NDU in the Shouf Campus. Meet Teresa Schofield of the Women's
Engineering Society, electronics graduate and a member of IET and IEEE. She is currently the Regional Leader for the Global Marathon For, By and About Women in Engineering and IEEE UKRI Chair of Women in Engineering.
Meet Maria de Magalhaes, a BP environmental engineer/advisor helping to organize the Marathon in the UK/European region. Maria is based in the UK but was educated in Portugal, Austria, and the UK and has a background in science (biology) and environmental engineering.
Programming may include a look at the status of
